With over 15 years of experience in the insulation, mold, flood & fire remediation, and waterproofing businesses, Ryan, Jeremy & Philip decided to create Lakes Area Spray Foam to fill a void in the fast growing Brainerd Lakes Area of Minnesota.

Our goal is to provide high-quality insulation and waterproofing services and comprehensive service in the industry. We pride ourselves on the conscientious service and quality workmanship we put into each job.

The 3 partners come from business and entrepreneurial backgrounds.

Ryan Babinski - Vice President of Babinski Properties: Ryan has been working for the family company ever since he was a kid. Since both his father and grandfather passed away, there has been much growth within the company. In 2015, the construction of the Babinski Foundation Animal Shelter took place. In 2017, the shelter was completed and has by far exceeded his grandparents' wishes. 

Jeremy Raasch - Owner: Lakeside Simplicity LLC & Marine Collision Center LLC and silent partner in Lakes Area Flood & Fire LLC and Hyperbaric Care LLC;  has skill in identifying opportunities as well as Gel coating and boat painting, docks & lifts, sales and anything he puts his mind to.

Philip Welu - Owner Lakes Area Flood & Fire LLC and helped his brother, Kevin, establish Ecotreck as one of Colorado's best Mold, Flood, Fire Remediators.  Philip has an eye for detail and has experience in residential and industrial insulation as well as mold, flood and fire mitigation and is IICRC Certified.

These good friends combined their knowledge, resources, and expertise to form 'Lakes Area Spray Foam'.
